Rattle Restaurant and Bar has now officially changed hands and is under new management.
The iconic venue nestled in the idyllic northern NSW destination of Emerald Beach has been taken over by Cloudbreak Dining under the direction of incoming owner Steffan Jurd.
With one of the best outlooks in the Coffs Harbour region, and situated amongst a tight-knit, thriving community, Rattle is a unique and special venue.
The restaurant will continue to serve Mediterranean cuisine of the highest quality, specialising in large and small share plates, Mezze, and exceptional local seafood. The bar will continue to deliver captivating cocktails, local craft beers, and a distinct range of exciting, non-alcoholic options. The wine list offers an eclectic and intriguing range, with some unique offerings.
It’s exciting times for Rattle, continuing on with the legacy left behind by local legends Hugh and Louis Riley, but venturing into new spaces of food and beverage service.
Head Chef Sam Allinson and his crew will continue to form part of the team, delivering cuisine of the highest quality across all menus.
For the month of December, Rattle will retain the current trading hours of Wednesday to Saturday, with all day dining from 12pm to 9pm.
However, come the new year, breakfast will be served – providing the best morning view and unique menu options on the Coffs Coast. Sunday trading will also commence, serving breakfast, lunch and afternoon Mezze.
Live music will also be a feature of the new Rattle, featuring talented local artists and special events.
